Julian Richard Smith (born 30 August 1971)[1] is the Conservative Member of Parliament (MP) for the constituency of Skipton and Ripon.[2] He was elected at the general election of 2010 with 27,685 votes (50.6% of the votes cast), giving him a majority of 9,950.[3]
